15 euros a day is a bit too expensive for a locker, but when you don't want to 'lug' your luggage around, you don't have much choice... Three stars due to the price

Good location, about a 5 minute walk from the station. Security was good, as was ease of use. Only difficulty was I was allocated a top locker above my head height and had great trouble lifting a large 23kg suitcase up that high and getting it down again. We were two women travelling with a shared case. If I had been on my own, I would not have been able to use the locker allocated. Would suggest an option for a low level locker is offered for older / less able users with larger/heavy cases to leave.

Hi, Arrived and had not prebooked. I booked but did not understand that is was for tomorrow, I think this was very unclear. I called and spook to someone who did organize a locker for our 3 hours. This was great and should be a 5 absolutly!

Deceptive name. Locker station but not at all in the station. You have to walk a long time without any tram stop nearby and it's really not convenient with suitcases. Plus, the location is under construction. On the way back, we put the suitcases at the station on platform number 1, which is much more practical and functional as it is directly served and avoids losing 20 minutes of detour round trip.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous comprenons que le tarif puisse sembler élevé à première vue, et nous souhaitons vous apporter quelques précisions.

Nos prix sont dégressifs selon l’heure d’arrivée, ce qui permet à chacun de choisir la formule la plus adaptée à son besoin. Contrairement à d’autres services de consigne qui facturent par bagage, nos casiers sont à prix fixe et peuvent contenir jusqu’à 4 valises cabine.

La plupart de nos utilisateurs partagent un casier à 3 ou 4 personnes, pour un tarif compris entre 2 € et 12 € pour toute une journée. Cela en fait une solution économique et pratique, surtout en centre-ville, avec un accès libre entre 8h et 22h.

Si vous avez la moindre question ou besoin d’un conseil pour optimiser votre réservation, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter. Nous serons ravis de vous aider.

There was no locker at the address given in the text message. I later realized that this address was different from the one indicated in the e-mail. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to return to this second address. I could not benefit from the locker but I paid. This is unacceptable and shows a deplorable organization.
