Really good alternative to the train station lockers. Super easy to self serve and only 6min walk from the station. Each locker fits either 2 carry on luggage with backpacks or a oversized checked bag.

I am looking for a place to drop off my suitcase near the train station, to enjoy 3 hours in the city of Strasbourg!! I find it a shame that we can't leave them for an hour or half a day, we have to pay the high price!!

Great concept, very convenient and easy to use; however, I don’t feel the locker size is true to the site description- barely fit a large suitcase and one carryon vs the site saying you can fit four

I had a specific need (disability) and the person on the phone was very available and kind. The locker is 5 minutes from the station, it's perfect! Small note: my daughter was in a wheelchair and could not access due to the steps - simple info for people with reduced mobility

Locker easy to use, convenient location, but lag of choice of the locker size and the storage duration. This can easily lead to unnecessary expensive price.
We’re glad to hear that you found our lockers easy to use and well located. Regarding pricing, we would like to clarify that our rates are actually degressive throughout the day. The longer you use the locker, the more the hourly cost decreases, all the way until closing time.
This means that while shorter durations may seem relatively higher, extended use offers better value and helps avoid unnecessary costs.
We appreciate your comment and will take your suggestion about offering more flexibility in sizes and durations into consideration to further improve our service.

The manager is very accommodating and access to the lockers is very simple and quick. It's just next to the station, 5 minutes on foot. I highly recommend it!
