Our lockers are located just across from the station, on the other side of the street, and this information is clearly indicated during the booking process. There was no locker at the address given in the text message. I later realized that this address was different from the one indicated in the e-mail. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to return to this second address. I could not benefit from the locker but I paid. This is unacceptable and shows a deplorable organization.
