Great concept, very convenient and easy to use; however, I don’t feel the locker size is true to the site description- barely fit a large suitcase and one carryon vs the site saying you can fit four

Locker easy to use, convenient location, but lag of choice of the locker size and the storage duration. This can easily lead to unnecessary expensive price.

We’re glad to hear that you found our lockers easy to use and well located. Regarding pricing, we would like to clarify that our rates are actually degressive throughout the day. The longer you use the locker, the more the hourly cost decreases, all the way until closing time.

This means that while shorter durations may seem relatively higher, extended use offers better value and helps avoid unnecessary costs.

We appreciate your comment and will take your suggestion about offering more flexibility in sizes and durations into consideration to further improve our service.

Hi, Arrived and had not prebooked. I booked but did not understand that is was for tomorrow, I think this was very unclear. I called and spook to someone who did organize a locker for our 3 hours. This was great and should be a 5 absolutly!

Very good and very practical. I would have liked more information on how the end of the rental works. Can you manually "return" your locker to free it? What happens if we leave or forget something inside after the paid time?

I arrived on Sunday, June 15th around 11:30 a.m., and it was raining heavily (and more than that). So it was practically impossible to use the phone or my bank card (despite my umbrella). I think you should have a shelter in front of the door to protect persons from the rain; someone came out, and I took the opportunity to go inside. Otherwise, it's very good.

It was super nice and security was really good. I appreciate your efforts and the locker. I also have some suggestions. It was a bit expensive, and I also wouldve like to have smaller lockers with cheaper prize. And also the locker was a bit hard to find because there were no name written before and not signs stating the locker is outside of the gare. But all an all, thank you very much for your service

Deceptive name. Locker station but not at all in the station. You have to walk a long time without any tram stop nearby and it's really not convenient with suitcases. Plus, the location is under construction. On the way back, we put the suitcases at the station on platform number 1, which is much more practical and functional as it is directly served and avoids losing 20 minutes of detour round trip.
