Hi, Arrived and had not prebooked. I booked but did not understand that is was for tomorrow, I think this was very unclear. I called and spook to someone who did organize a locker for our 3 hours. This was great and should be a 5 absolutly!

Access too complicated, a basic solution with cash or card payment seems more practical. Think about people who don't have a cell phone.
