The stop sleeves fixed by tightening with a pliers (as recommended) detach after very few uses, particularly the incoming element. Renewed experience with the same result. Big disappointment.

The product is perfect. However, it was only after ordering and paying that I received an email to learn that it was out of stock without any delay given. Customer service never responded to my requests and I never got the date info. Fortunately, it eventually arrived a few weeks later. It would be more honest to put the availability on the site and it would be good to have a real customer service.
