SHAMEFUL, AVOID. The zipper on my jacket broke, it was specified size 8 which is what I wanted to order but on the site it was indicated to order based on the dimensions of the zipper and not the zip and that did not correspond so I ordered a number 5 which of course is unusable and I lost all my money. I really hope that since it is Sunday and I will contact them by phone tomorrow that the sales service will take this into account so that I can return the zipper which is 2 sizes too small and order an 8 instead. I will keep you informed on social media as I am a YouTuber.

I called the store 3 times without response.
I left 1 email. They asked me for photos of the zipper.
Once the photos were sent, silence. I sent 2 more emails that went unanswered.
Another scam.
Don't believe the good comments. Communication agencies are paid to increase customer satisfaction.
