Dear Sir/Madam, I just received your package and I am very disappointed because the sliders do not work at all. When you try to open them they are stuck to the point that the first one I tried broke immediately. I hope to be able to return them because I don't even dare to try the others. Thank you. I had high hopes for this clip, ordered for a semi-leather coat. The measurements were well taken and I followed your recommendations for the size to choose for this type of clothing. I was able to put the clip on without any difficulty, but it does not work on the zipper, it forces too much and gets stuck. Impossible to use it, I am very disappointed.

The principle is very useful repair in 1 minute correct size. However, the slider does not slide as well as the original. Also, there is a small spike where you grab the slider so for my 4-year-old daughter it's not easy.
