When I opened the zipper, the provided wedge broke into several pieces, even though I didn't force it. When I closed the zipper, it broke in two. This is such poor quality and absolutely miserable and I paid way too much money for this, it is simply of indescribable quality and I really feel cheated and deceived. I would not recommend these parts to anyone.

I placed an order in February. The website did not indicate that some items were out of stock. I paid the full amount despite this. I then only received a small part of my order and an email informing me that some items are out of stock... but this after ordering and payment! To this day, no further communication regarding the status of my order. I am very disappointed with this way of doing things. And I am being asked for my opinion on my order while it is still largely incomplete... I would like to be informed about the status of my order. I would like a refund. This practice is scandalous and deserves no more than one star...

Customer service has not responded for a week. I complained about the product because it did not fit. After two follow-ups, the same product was sent back to me, with a return label. For that, the second star. I wrote to customer service again and asked for a solution. No response. I have now accepted that the purchase was a waste of time and money. Even this survey, why am I being contacted in French, I do not speak French. I had to translate the questions with Google Translate.
