The zipper did not fit, even though we measured exactly. My email to customer service was not answered. I then returned the zipper on time and have not received a credit to this day. I would gladly give no stars instead of one star.

Does not work - It's just as junk from China as the much cheaper versions that can be bought. Hands off. Emails go unanswered and a refund does not occur (unfortunately)!!!!!!

Ordered correctly but delivered incorrectly!!!! Unfortunately, the delivered zipper does not fit as size 8A arrived, it cannot be clipped together due to the higher plastic teeth. It does not fit. The ordered zipper would have been 8B for plastic zippers!!! This is according to the selection in the order form and also the correct one according to the size chart. Upon request for a replacement delivery of the ordered zipper 8B, regardless of color, no response!!!
