I waited more than a month to get a slider, when I see that when I order motorcycle parts in Germany and it arrives in a week and a half, go find an error on this part, no problem.

Everything was fine except that I had to order a new clip-zip because I couldn't get the first one on. Therefore only 4 stars, because I had to pay for the return shipping.

The clip-zip was easy to install and works well. What I don't like is the sharp locking pin on the slider and the zipper, which should be made more robust.

After many phone calls and emails, I received no satisfactory response. Only one person told me they were forwarding my issue. Since then, silence as they say. Today, I am returning the order by mail and requesting a refund. Very disappointing communication.

I give 5 stars for the idea of the product and the responsiveness associated with the processing of my order! However, in case of a problem, if the product does not fit... the rating drops... we cannot give 0 and it's a shame because it would be commercially much more coherent. So I give 1. No response other than automated ones! I am still waiting for their feedback regarding the photos sent. It is important to specify that the pictures show the closure and that their pattern for selection is always associated! If this seller reads me here, know that I am waiting for your feedback and instructions via Messenger, WhatsApp or email since I have written to you on all these different communication tools.
