The postal services handle the delivery of our sliders, we cannot deliver our packages ourselves. Delivery delays are beyond our control.

Regarding the exact size, have you already sent a photo of the zipper by email?

If the ordered slider is not compatible with the closure, it is probably just a size issue. You ordered a very small slider, we recently sent you another model, hoping it will suit you.
For your future orders and for any questions regarding the size of the slider, we advise you to call us with the exact measurements of the closure and if you can, send us a photo of it by email.
This will help us determine the item you need. We exchange or refund items ordered by mistake in size.
