unfulfilled commitments: the order placed and paid on March 24 before 12pm, should have been prepared and shipped the same day... in reality it was only shipped on March 30, postmark as proof. This did not prevent the company from indicating that the shipment was made on the 28th (which is why the communicated number was unknown to the post until March 30) What is the point of choosing a priority tracked mail, if the work is not done in advance and false information is given?
