It's not made for children, they can't pull up the zipper, for us it's money wasted, forced to change the zipper, so double expense

Very good site. Taking measurements on my boots under a thick rubber edge did not allow me to choose the right reference. Upon receiving the sliders, a size index of zippers to scale, attached to my order, allowed me to see that the necessary dimension should be smaller: could this index not be printable from the site? I returned it and am now waiting for the new sliders

Impeccable, fast delivery, the zipper is repaired in less than a minute, it's impressive! Nothing to complain about except that it was a bit complicated for me to choose the right one, I felt like my measurements did not match those that were proposed, I chose by default, but fortunately it was ok.. and as a result, very relieved to find my down jacket!!!

I think the choice table for the fasteners is not clear enough regarding the difference between plastic and metal, as the same can be compatible with both, then the way to take the measurements may not be precise enough, otherwise the after-sales service is perfect. In short, do not hesitate to ask for advice before purchasing if you have doubts..

The first one ordered (4C) was too small. No need to return it, given the time lost going to the post office and the related costs. So I ordered a larger one (5C). I will skip the fact that to get one, I had to change color. Upon opening, the plastic tabs bent. Once opened, the slider had a bent appearance. No way to close it again. So, 20€ spent and a garment still unusable.
