The replacement of the cursor was done very easily. Only downside: the delivery time. The package was shipped on 26.03.25 and I received it on April 9. A bit long for me for a tracked letter. The removal of the old cursor was quite epic but that is not Clip-zip.com's fault.

When I opened the zipper, the provided wedge broke into several pieces, even though I didn't force it. When I closed the zipper, it broke in two. This is such poor quality and absolutely miserable and I paid way too much money for this, it is simply of indescribable quality and I really feel cheated and deceived. I would not recommend these parts to anyone.

I placed an order in February. The website did not indicate that some items were out of stock. I paid the full amount despite this. I then only received a small part of my order and an email informing me that some items are out of stock... but this after ordering and payment! To this day, no further communication regarding the status of my order. I am very disappointed with this way of doing things. And I am being asked for my opinion on my order while it is still largely incomplete... I would like to be informed about the status of my order. I would like a refund. This practice is scandalous and deserves no more than one star...

I received the famous slider, I installed it on the zipper and once raised towards the collar it opens wide, so it doesn't work. This slider cannot replace a new zipper. This is what I will do.
