Announced delay under 24h even with a Colissimo invoice delivery.... Order on 24/08 at 4 PM and still not delivered on 27/08!!!

Indeed after checking the delivery tracking the package was delivered in 3 days instead of 2 days... We are sorry we depend on La Poste for the delivery of all our shipments.
They no longer guarantee the usual delivery times due to Covid19.
Since the deadlines were not respected we will refund you half of the shipping costs.

The clip&zip choice grid is not reliable. I had to return the parts that did not fit the backpack. The package arrived in my absence. When I tested it, the 15-day return period had passed. I still returned the lot. I am still waiting for news from them.

Hello, We indeed have a 15-day return period for products but we are flexible on exchanges, we understand that the deadline is short and sometimes deliveries are delayed. So we allow exchanges even after 15 days. However, we are surprised by your comment on 06/08 as we refunded your order on 30/06 when we received the sliders. Super fast troubleshooting with express shipping to the campsite where I am of 2 sliders to repair my tent whose zipper broke during my bike trip.
