You chose the smallest stop size, 3-4.
These are very small, very thin pieces. They need to be crimped very delicately, with jewelry pliers or flat pliers. We will soon make a video tutorial with an installation example for this product.
We always provide two sleeves for sizes 3-4 and 5 purchased individually to have two attempts. It's a metal that deforms to grip the fabric, you need to have a bit of a knack, it's never easy at first.

After an exchange with customer service, they committed to resend the product and include a return slip for the putty in the envelope. I first replaced the mobile part of the zipper of a coat then the stop sleeve. The latter was difficult to put in place especially the smallest piece. The zipper was functional for 8 days then the smallest piece broke. I find myself back at square one.

Great to be able to find zip elements to repair closures without having to change everything! Your videos are very clear, however for my case it was not realistic at all: The closure was sewn to my coat so I could not use the same pliers as in the video because I was hindered by the coat fabric. The torn sleeve had no support to be slipped on so I had to recreate it with thread.
The first sleeve I crimped broke. The sleeve not crimped enough does not hold in place and the one too crimped bends in two. It is very precise the spot and the force where you need to press and maybe this could be specified in your demo videos.
