We do not offer any plastic sliders, they are all made of zinc alloy, which makes them very durable.
If your slider does not stay in place, it is either that the chosen reference does not match your closure, or that the product received is defective and in this case a replacement can be made for free.

Order of a slider for leather jacket.
Do not recommend model 5A, but direct customers to model 8A which is the standard for this type of closure, especially since the measuring ruler to edit is not very accurate and can be misleading. That being said, very fast service, reduced shipping costs.

As stated on the site, the shipping fee offer cannot be combined with other promotions on the site. If you had, for example, a promotion in the cart (4th slider free), you could not also have the discount on shipping fees.

Perfect for the ordering and delivery process.
However, my account was debited 11.75€ instead of 9.85€ charged!!
The choice of the slider size based on the reference card is not reliable and the number on the old slider does not correspond to anything in your data.
I am therefore trying a new format.

Your invoice includes the slider + delivery, after checking the total of your invoice is indeed 11.75€ (9.45€ for the slider and 2.30€ for delivery). If you have not received this invoice, please report it by email to [email protected]
We will send you the invoice with all the details, but normally you receive it by email automatically.
Regarding the reference card, it only contains the most common sliders, those that can be found almost everywhere.
For all other cases, it is preferable to contact customer service before placing an order. However, on the site, you will find all the references of the sliders in the size guide with measurements and the type of closure they are clipable on.
