The idea is good and the delivery was fast but nothing to do, it doesn't work on my backpack. I had a lot of trouble clipping it to the base of the zipper and once I succeeded, it didn't hold.

Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? Please note that if your zipper is completely damaged, it is obvious that the Zlideon slider will be of no use.
