Information too long to inform about a stock shortage (I had to follow up) and delivery time from the post is also too long. Otherwise, the product is correct and meets my needs.

Good responsiveness in providing me with information on the model to choose, however I could not install the part in front of the cart and while tightening it with a clamp it broke. So, here I am back to square one. So, purchase for nothing in the end and relatively expensive too.

Customer service has not responded for a week. I complained about the product because it did not fit. After two follow-ups, the same product was sent back to me, with a return label. For that, the second star. I wrote to customer service again and asked for a solution. No response. I have now accepted that the purchase was a waste of time and money. The picture below shows that I was indeed sent the wrong product twice.

My item did not arrive quickly. I returned it for an exchange. I called 3 days ago. I was told it had arrived and would be processed as a priority. Since then, no news. The idea of replacing the slider is good, but for a waterproof zipper (plasticized with return flaps) it does not work because it is too thick; in this case, you need to call a sewing workshop. Thank you anyway, the refund was accepted.

I notice that the photos accompanying the items are sometimes misleading.

I could have given 5 stars if I had received the tracking number from the post. I called, left 1 message, sent 1 email without a message, (it was urgent because it was for a work jacket whose zip was broken) I finally got a person who sent me a second zip received 3 days later. Order placed on 11/18, the shipment on 11/27 arrived at the same time as the shipment on 11/20. If I had had the tracking number, there would have been no problem. The zips ordered did not match my needs (my mistake) I just returned them and am waiting for a refund... I just reordered the zips and this time I have a tracking number... the package went in a different direction than mine... fate is against me so I am still waiting, and the worker who works on the roofs is still waiting for his jacket. I think I am patient!
