I could have given 5 stars if I had received the tracking number from the post. I called, left 1 message, sent 1 email without a message, (it was urgent because it was for a work jacket whose zip was broken) I finally got a person who sent me a second zip received 3 days later. Order placed on 11/18, the shipment on 11/27 arrived at the same time as the shipment on 11/20. If I had had the tracking number, there would have been no problem. The zips ordered did not match my needs (my mistake) I just returned them and am waiting for a refund... I just reordered the zips and this time I have a tracking number... the package went in a different direction than mine... fate is against me so I am still waiting, and the worker who works on the roofs is still waiting for his jacket. I think I am patient!

Clip very difficult to open. The red wedge is too light, I had to use a metal screwdriver to pry the clip apart. Ineffective afterwards on the zipper.

Very pleasant phone support. But my error in the order which should have been corrected before delivery .. was not corrected (my mistake / color). Another point, the indication on my zipper was number 7, the support replied that the equivalent in our product is 5C .. the result works but not as well as the others (seems a bit tight, catches a bit) despite everything .. satisfactory

The zip works but it is very hard to handle. Even adding a lubricant.

the first order no problem. but for the work pants zipper, after 3 attempts, none fit..... I think some models lack precision. or maybe there are very specific zippers that you do not make and in that case it should be reported.

Impossible to hold the tip and the closure box properly, even after 2 attempts. It really needs material that can be crimped correctly.
However, the purchased sliders are functional.

Very good exchange service, efficient. But contrary to what is announced on the site, the zippers are not universal... Size XS is too small and size M is too large for the closure I wanted to repair.

The shipment of the order is careful and fast.
We had to return the order because it was not suitable.
The package has been pending for several weeks on the postal tracking, I wanted to contact Clip&Zip by phone and got no response.
I contacted by email and got no response.
Following a bad comment on their Facebook page, I received a response saying that my email was in the spam and had not been seen.
A week later, the refund is made and my package is still pending delivery according to the postal tracking.
I will not complain but it seems quite suspicious to me.
