Following an order error, I returned a slider that didn't fit and then received a new slider that does fit. In the exchange, it was supposed to be free shipping and this was confirmed to me by email by an employee who seemed shocked that I had to pay shipping fees again to receive the new slider. He informed me by email that he was addressing the problem immediately but without results since December 22!!!! After a first order, my trust in the company Clip&Zip has been significantly shaken. I specify that it is not the amount owed that matters, but the credibility and the principle of honesty of the company that disappointed me!

The sliders matched my order and the corresponding models, however the teeth of my zipper are plastic and the sliders do not lock the links and therefore the zipper opens in the middle. I am a bit disappointed, because in my previous order, everything worked well, I think the problem comes more from the teeth of the zipper, as I cannot close the slider properly on the teeth.

Hello, I am happy with the products and I like the zip clip concept. However, I was disappointed because I forgot a product in my order. It is not possible to cancel immediately after or to modify an order. I therefore contacted customer service who told me to reorder the missing product, and that my shipping costs would be waived. Since then, no news, despite two follow-ups. It's not about the two euros of shipping costs, but on principle that I am disappointed.

mixed review because one of the two references is so small that it is complicated to install. And the site does not specify that the fabric must be impeccable for the repair with the sleeve to be possible; as a result, I threw away what I had purchased.
