Hello, the site itself, the simplicity of the order and the delivery of the product are exceptional and without surprises. However, I couldn't manage to mount the zipper to repair my closure (I ordered 2 pieces just in case). The size seems good (there isn't a more suitable one) and the explanations and videos are sufficiently explanatory (except perhaps the 'power' of the cutting pliers to be used to remove the old zipper). However, it's impossible to fully close either of the zippers purchased. Fingers, pliers, nothing works. To date, the repair is not effective. Too bad, the idea was appealing.

Hello, I returned it and I have not yet been refunded because it is too big. You used new names for the zippers, which was incorrect. I need the same zipper in size M, one size down. Good overall impression, despite a customer service issue with the parts I had bought for my zipper, I was perfectly taken care of and was able to receive the supplies again to carry out my repair (I only had to pay the shipping costs for customer service). Easy ordering process. Products received quickly. Unfortunately, I broke the first replacement stop delivered with the sleeve by tightening it too hard (you have to know this, be careful this part is relatively fragile due to design finesse). So customer service, quick return of the product (shipping costs at my expense but that suits me). I was therefore able to finalize my repair while being careful not to make the same mistake again. I would therefore recommend Clip-zip without difficulty.

The replacement of the cursor was done very easily. Only downside: the delivery time. The package was shipped on 26.03.25 and I received it on April 9. A bit long for me for a tracked letter. The removal of the old cursor was quite epic but that is not Clip-zip.com's fault.
