This is most certainly due to the wrong choice of slider: the 4C2 slider is made for invisible zippers, which explains why it comes off. For your bag we recommend the 4C or 5C slider (category "Spiral Mesh").

However, I often have to reorder (due to measurement errors or slider characteristics)
As for the simplicity of replacement, in fact, I could be okay, but we know the real work to be done for modifying this slider ;-)

Your innovation is very useful to me, but there are still things to review in terms of training others

I had downloaded the 'rule' for calculating width and ordered according to the desired width but the zip does not join the spirals. The problem may be that it is a boot zipper?
