Well-made site, but it should indicate the actual tolerances of the products. I ordered a 5B-2 without being sure it would fit because my measurements were 'out of spec'. But everything went well and the product is really easy to implement and effective. A larger choice of colors would be a plus.

Very good site. Taking measurements on my boots under a thick rubber edge did not allow me to choose the right reference. Upon receiving the sliders, a size index of zippers to scale, attached to my order, allowed me to see that the necessary dimension should be smaller: could this index not be printable from the site? I returned it and am now waiting for the new sliders

I asked for advice for my first order and I was not indicated the right slider. So I had to reorder another one with doubled fees while the envelope showed €1.50 and I paid €3.90 in shipping costs. Not very correct. Otherwise, the second slider was the right one and there was nothing to complain about.

Impeccable, fast delivery, the zipper is repaired in less than a minute, it's impressive! Nothing to complain about except that it was a bit complicated for me to choose the right one, I felt like my measurements did not match those that were proposed, I chose by default, but fortunately it was ok.. and as a result, very relieved to find my down jacket!!!
