It has been more than a year since I wanted to order a slider to repair a jacket, unfortunately the requested size was not available, I was offered to be notified as soon as it would be available again. In the meantime, I had ordered sliders from competitors, none fit. As promised, 13 months later an email informs me that the sliders are available, fast delivery, well packaged and above all a device that works perfectly, my jacket is repaired.
