The order went well - I understood which sliders to order for my double bass cover (size 10) and they arrived on time. The installation was relatively simple, however the slider does not apply enough pressure on the closure which consequently opens behind the slider (unless you manipulate it by applying additional pressure on the back part at a 45-degree angle). It's not ideal. At least it works better than a broken slider but not as well as the original - I also find it quite expensive...

The next morning, I was called by customer service who informed me that a problem had occurred in the delivery. We agreed on a new date for sending the order.
