Good value for money chest, conforms to the description but the assembly instructions are too brief, lacking details.

Very thin fabric; will it withstand UV rays and wind? Time will tell.

Product meets my expectations but the relatively long delivery time, which was delayed several times, is not very positive for me!!!!

PIVERT Natural Brown Wood. Chosen because it was one of the cheapest found. Overall aesthetic rendering is correct. But quality is very average: poorly stained and some knocks in the wood make the wood appear very light. "Difficult" assembly, the corner posts are not pre-drilled, whereas with pre-drilling of all elements, assembly could be done in 1 minute. Very average quality given the price.

Hello Sébastien,
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to see that the visual rendering and overall aesthetics of the product meet your expectations.
In our effort to address your comments as best as possible, we would like to provide some technical clarifications.
Pricing & range: The PIVERT model is our entry-level product made of natural wood. It is designed to offer one of the most accessible solutions on the market while ensuring an aesthetic finish and optimal air circulation.
Finish & wood treatment: Our products are in no way stained. The wood (natural pine) benefits from a saturator treatment with paint without varnish, designed for outdoor protection and allowing for direct repainting without sanding. As it is a natural material, variations in shade or surface marks may reveal the lighter grain of the wood underneath. If an item were to show an abnormal impact related to transport, our customer service remains at your disposal.
Design & assembly: The absence of pre-drilling on certain posts is a completely intentional technical choice. Screwing directly into un-drilled wood allows the screw to anchor its threads more firmly into the material, thus ensuring optimal hold and better overall strength of the structure over time.
We remain at your complete disposal for any further exchanges.
Best regards,
The Coffre Clim team

Hello Mrs. BENICHOU,
We would like to thank you for your comment.
A big thank you also for taking the time to talk with us over the phone.
As we discussed, the QUETZAL model is made of natural wood, which can sometimes present small imperfections or slight splinters on the surface. We are delighted that our exchange and the proposed commercial gesture were able to fully satisfy you.
Of course, we remain at your disposal if needed.
Best regards,
The Coffre Clim team

The wooden air conditioning cover is quite beautiful, but it is made of pine that is far too soft and does not withstand the weather for long. Very disappointing for the price
