Reactivity of customer service when my GPay payment was declined without reason. However, catastrophic experience with TNT delivery but it's not the fault of customer service.

Reception within the deadlines. However, there are unpainted areas, and there are missing pre-drilled holes. If you are not handy, it will be difficult to adjust properly. Additionally, there was a hole in a post, filled with wood putty. A sound piece would have been preferable. We'll see how the chest behaves over time.

The wooden air conditioning cover is quite beautiful, but it is made of pine that is far too soft and does not withstand the weather for long. Very disappointing for the price

I broke a blade from the front face during assembly... I left a message on the customer service voicemail. 5 minutes later, a nice person calls me back, we talk, and he sends me not one but 3 replacement blades (for free) explaining how to install them without causing new damage... Here is a French company that we love! I highly recommend.
