Very satisfied with my purchase - Very beautiful product! The slatted design is both elegant and practical, it integrates perfectly into the garden while allowing air circulation. The natural brown wood adds a warm and modern touch. The quality of workmanship is there: the finishes are neat, the assembly is simple and the final result is impeccable. Ordered an air conditioner cover: very fast delivery in 4 working days. I opened the box to check the product as requested by Coffre-Clim: unfortunately it was not the color ordered! I put a reservation on the delivery note that I photographed and kept the unpacked product. Then I checked that I had not made a mistake in my order and then contacted Coffre Clim by email, with photos of the product as support. Within half an hour I received a call from Coffre-Clim, who apologized for the mistake and sent the correct product the same day. I repacked the box according to their instructions so that the product was well protected for return. Bravo for the responsiveness of Coffre-Clim! They truly deserve their 5-star rating!!!
