I start with the delivery: really very fast. The product arrived at my address in less than a week and, knowing that it was a delivery outside of France, it was not obvious at all. The assembly instructions are quite clear and the product, overall, is good. The structure is solid enough and serves its purpose. However, the quality is not exceptional: the slats are very light, to the point that one of them has already cracked, and the paint also seems quite fragile, as it tends to get damaged easily with scratches or small friction. I would say that the product is consistent with the price paid: not excellent, but not disappointing either. One aspect that left me perplexed, however, concerns the delivery. Before the arrival of the package, the manufacturer advises checking the product in front of the delivery person and refusing the delivery in case of defects. In my case, however, the GLS delivery person simply left the package in front of my house without waiting, making any immediate verification impossible. At this stage, it is not very clear what to do in this kind of situation. Perhaps the manufacturer should use carriers capable of respecting this type of procedure, like UPS or DHL, who normally wait at least the necessary time for delivery. I also tried to report it to customer service, but unfortunately, I received no response. This was a bit disappointing, as I would have appreciated at least some feedback.

The merchandise is of good quality but inside the packaging the trunk is not well protected, especially when dealing with carriers like GLS who manage to pierce the packaging of the parcels they transport. These people do not pay attention to anything and the delivery drivers are conditioned to tell the customer that if the merchandise is broken, they will not take back the parcel. In conclusion, the merchandise is okay, its protection inside the packaging needs improvement, and the carriers need to be changed. I think the most conscientious carrier is DHL.

I am particularly satisfied with the company COFFRE CLIM and the two people who received me in Florensac. I was very well advised by Mr. STANTINAT and his colleague. The preparation of the packages corresponding to the four covers ordered was carried out quickly after a thorough verification by these gentlemen. I was therefore able to install, without difficulty, the four covers the next day, the small memo on the installation, included with the packages, being very explicit. The result of this installation is completely in line with my expectations. Before choosing the company COFFRE CLIM, I had conducted a scrupulous examination of the different proposals on the internet. I concluded on one hand that the best finished and most durable covers were thermally coated aluminum covers and on the other hand that, in this category, the COFFRE CLIM covers were the ones whose assembly seemed the most solid and the most meticulous. I confirm this impression and I add that the COFFRE CLIM covers have a very favorable quality-price ratio. In conclusion, if I need to renew an air conditioning cover purchase, it will be a COFFRE CLIM cover.

The top of the chest has marks in the paint, it was missing two screws and a spacer for the wall mounts. Too bad the whole thing matched our expectations without that.
