Fast delivery, nice appearance of the chest, wood quality is more "cheap" than I expected (for the price) but wood is pre-treated, to see in the long run. Overall satisfied.

Perfect and super easy to assemble. But I find that the wood lacks density. So I didn't skimp on the paint to protect it well.

Response from COFFRE CLIM
Hello Jérôme,
Thank you very much for your feedback! We are delighted that the assembly was a piece of cake. Rest assured about the lightness of the wood: with 9 years of hindsight on the PIVERT model, we guarantee that it holds up very well over time.
Your initiative to paint it is excellent! A little maintenance every 2 to 3 years will be more than enough to preserve it sustainably.
Best regards,
The COFFRE CLIM team

Response from COFFRE CLIM
Hello Mrs. BENICHOU,
We would like to thank you for your comment.
A big thank you also for taking the time to talk with us over the phone.
As we discussed, the QUETZAL model is made of natural wood, which can sometimes present small imperfections or slight splinters on the surface. We are delighted that our exchange and the proposed commercial gesture were able to fully satisfy you.
Of course, we remain at your disposal if needed.
Best regards,
The Coffre Clim team
