Brown Pelican Air Conditioning Box - Very beautiful quality air conditioning cover +++ I highly recommend this box and I will not hesitate to come back to buy a second one when I install my second outdoor unit. Very good contact with customer service +++ Thank you for everything.

Beautiful product perfectly integrating on my terrace - As soon as received, immediately installed. Beautiful product, thick and quality aluminum. Easy assembly and with adjustable feet as an option, perfect adaptation to the ground. Very happy with my purchase, good communication with the seller and careful packaging.

Very satisfied with my purchase - Very beautiful product! The slatted design is both elegant and practical, it integrates perfectly into the garden while allowing air circulation. The natural brown wood adds a warm and modern touch. The quality of workmanship is there: the finishes are neat, the assembly is simple and the final result is impeccable. An excellent choice to hide an outdoor unit while maintaining a beautiful aesthetic harmony.

We are very satisfied with this company for their products and service. We had to exchange a box (wrong measurements on my part), and we had the opportunity to go to the company, everything went very well. Good welcome and very professional. Thank you

Excellent product. Fast delivery. We are very satisfied. I highly recommend when you have an unsightly air conditioning unit in view, it hides well. The finish is impeccable.

I ordered an air conditioning cover that was delivered to me in less than a week as announced. Small downside, my order was for composite and I received the same model but in painted wood. Cache Clim made every effort to deliver the conformity of my order in 3 days and took back the other version at the same time. Good quality product that I recommend without hesitation.

Very good customer service, who advised me well in choosing the product to acquire. Wooden air conditioning box of good quality, received 3 days after ordering and very easy installation. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Customer service is very attentive and responsive. The air conditioning cover I ordered perfectly meets my needs and seems to be of very good quality.

Great product, easy to assemble and very good finish, I recommend.

Ordered an air conditioner cover: very fast delivery in 4 working days. I opened the box to check the product as requested by Coffre-Clim: unfortunately it was not the color ordered! I put a reservation on the delivery note that I photographed and kept the unpacked product. Then I checked that I had not made a mistake in my order and then contacted Coffre Clim by email, with photos of the product as support. Within half an hour I received a call from Coffre-Clim, who apologized for the mistake and sent the correct product the same day. I repacked the box according to their instructions so that the product was well protected for return. Bravo for the responsiveness of Coffre-Clim! They truly deserve their 5-star rating!!!
