I start with the delivery: really very fast. The product arrived at my address in less than a week and, knowing that it was a delivery outside of France, it was not obvious at all. The assembly instructions are quite clear and the product, overall, is good. The structure is solid enough and serves its purpose. However, the quality is not exceptional: the slats are very light, to the point that one of them has already cracked, and the paint also seems quite fragile, as it tends to get damaged easily with scratches or small friction. I would say that the product is consistent with the price paid: not excellent, but not disappointing either. One aspect that left me perplexed, however, concerns the delivery. Before the arrival of the package, the manufacturer advises checking the product in front of the delivery person and refusing the delivery in case of defects. In my case, however, the GLS delivery person simply left the package in front of my house without waiting, making any immediate verification impossible. At this stage, it is not very clear what to do in this kind of situation. Perhaps the manufacturer should use carriers capable of respecting this type of procedure, like UPS or DHL, who normally wait at least the necessary time for delivery. I also tried to report it to customer service, but unfortunately, I received no response. This was a bit disappointing, as I would have appreciated at least some feedback.

Regarding the delivery, we completely understand your perplexity. Unfortunately, regardless of the transport company (whether it is GLS, UPS, DHL, or others), there can be rare issues related to the individual behavior of a courier on the ground, independently of the instructions from the delivery company itself. Overall, we encounter very few problems with GLS and their services remain very reliable, but the attitude of this particular courier did not meet our expectations.
We also regret this lack of feedback from our customer service. It is not our habit; we generally respond within 24 hours, we simply must have overlooked your email which we cannot find. We take note of your comments on the slats and the paint in order to continue improving the quality of our products.

Hello, I am satisfied with the chest which is in accordance with the description and of good quality. However, a big effort needs to be made on the delivery times which are very long and the site is not updated regularly to indicate the delay at the time of the order. Best regards.

Sheets and paints of good quality. Some defects (paint gap in a corner of the upper hood, alignment issues with the upper hood fasteners on 3 sides, the rear sheet metal, and the side trims). All this required adjustments that took me a day to assemble. In short, it's not aerospace quality sheet metal, but overall the quality-price ratio is very satisfactory.

The chest is very easy to assemble and meets expectations. Only 4 stars because the packaging is more than basic (a protection with bubble wrap would have been welcome). The wood seems extremely fragile, not sure it will withstand the outdoor elements for long.

I ordered an air conditioning cover that was delivered to me in less than a week as announced. Small downside, my order was for composite and I received the same model but in painted wood. Cache Clim made every effort to deliver the conformity of my order in 3 days and took back the other version at the same time. Good quality product that I recommend without hesitation.
