Coins arrived in Mint condition. Unfortunately one coin was not what I had ordered. Sent an Email straight away. Got a reply the same day, promising to sort it out. Sent wrong coin back -got any Email from company saying they had received the coin & were sending me the correct coin that I had ordered. The correct coin arrived (in Mint condition) & checking my account the company has refunded the cost of postage for me to send the wrong coin back to them. In summary I'm very happy with the coins & service provided.

It has coins that are difficult to find elsewhere. His service is unbeatable and, although shipping is free, fast, the only "downside" is that it is a bit expensive due to the inclusion of VAT, which other sites do not put. However, I think, this is not a fault of his and he does not gain anything from it (it is a tax that does not benefit him).
