Navigation on the site is quite difficult to find, unfortunately the espresso pods are missing otherwise it's perfect for the rest.

It is impossible to easily modify the delivery details on the site. No response when I send an email and no one answers the phone, on hold.

Even though my company's name was well noted at the delivery address, the company's name was not included on the Colissimo. Instead, they put my own name twice. The package arrived with difficulty. This is not serious.

The site is easy to access. Ordering is quite easy. The only thing I regret is that I did not receive a confirmation email for my order or its shipment. After that, I received the products quickly. Very good quality and delicious products. I know I will order from them again, that's for sure. Not disappointed with my order.

Disappointed with the capsules, the intensity of the flavors is too weak. I find that the indicated blend does not necessarily reflect the taste, I will not repurchase
