The site is well made but I ordered a sample that arrived broken into 6 pieces. The packaging was very well done with several layers. Perhaps work on the carriers is needed. Nothing to say about the tiling, it is of very good quality and matches the site.

The tiles are very beautiful BUT the site gives incorrect dimensions: some tiles advertised as 20x20 are actually 20.5x20.5; the others were supposed to be 1 cm thick but are actually 8mm. We had planned to mix all these tiles so it's impossible. We will do it differently, but it's a shame. Website needs to be reviewed, but very beautiful tiles!

THE order took 3 weeks to arrive, the package got lost, NO way to know where it ended up. A delivery person calling on the landline -> they are sure to find no one!
AND the result: THE color was not the right one!

Delivery made with most tiles broken, especially on the corners, surely caused by the lack of diligence on the part of the delivery person, a provider of the ceramic counter who is not directly at fault. We managed to make do with what was left because we were pressed for time for the installation!! We didn't even try to return the order as it would have taken too long, very disappointed since our first order went very well!!!
