The tiles received do not match the dimensions of my order 12.3x12.3x1.0 cm, the width is not too serious but the thickness is, it forces me to use a lot of glue!!!!!!!!!

On each product sheet of ordered references, the indicated thickness is 0.9mm and not 1 cm as you state. Not being a collection of rectified tiles, there can be a variation of a few mm acceptable by tile standards. I do not see any contact from you indicating a possible problem with dimensions. I find the site well made and the images are really appealing. The delivery times for samples are very fast; however, the colors of the tiles seen on the site do not resemble the actual colors. That is why I am disappointed.

Nothing to complain about the order and the products but very disappointed with the delivery by the carrier db schenker. Package not picked up, I had the supplier for a week while we had ordered in advance to organize the delivery one week when we could receive it. It arrived the following week on a delivery day when the driver could not find the address but knew to say it was in the dead end but did not contact us with a delivery slot of 8am-6pm which blocked us for an entire day! A redelivery was scheduled for the same day after our call to the delivery person! No difficulties the next day to find the house which had not changed address and we had not given any additional information.

I am delighted to have received the requested samples. However, the initial format is 44x44 and the delivered squares are 22x22. I think it is not necessarily good form to deliver smaller tiles as they are not sufficiently representative. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed especially since we pay for these samples and their transport.

the tiles are perfectly compliant with what I expected but.... quite a few tiles were chipped (small and large chips). A bit of bubble wrap, polystyrene, or more eco-friendly cardboard, or newspaper to better protect them from shocks would have easily avoided this type of damage upon receipt, too bad.
