Everything is perfect, practical website to use, quick order dispatch, quality tiles. Too bad my phone numbers (mobile and landline) were not communicated to the delivery person, he could not reach us to arrange an appointment. We had to go pick up our tiles because it was becoming urgent :-(

First order: Solid color tiling: very well corresponds to the description on the site.
Second order: hexagonal art deco tiling. In fact, impossible to create the pattern because you receive 24 of the same in your box! They are only patchwork tiles.... What a disappointment.... NO precision on the site when ordering. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming.

The transport and friendliness of the driver: very good
The packaging of 990 kg on a single pallet makes it impossible to roll the pallet jack with the load on a dirt sidewalk to bring the load into the dirt courtyard even with two people despite the very good will of the driver
No problem, I transferred each package onto 3 pallets that I had because I anticipated this possible difficulty
So, be sure to ask at the tile counter for the exact packaging to avoid this issue
Otherwise, the tiles are perfectly in line with the sample I received

Tiles received quickly, color similar to that of the photo, very well packaged order: no breakage! I went to pick up the order because it was much simpler for me (on my way) than arranging an appointment that blocks half a day and doesn't deliver after 4:30 PM (a bit complicated when you work!)
I am eagerly awaiting the installed result!

The samples are of very good quality, however, the delivery methods are complex and go through a carrier, which makes it difficult to retrieve the products when we are not at home to receive them.

The delivery went well but the box was damaged at one corner, (hence the reservation). The tiles are scratched from rubbing during transport, it would be good to provide spacers between the tiles to avoid this problem, I know this represents additional work.
But all the handling between carriers over the distance.

Top tiles at affordable prices. However, regarding delivery, the price is high. And I must say that they do not respect the delivery instructions and days given. Two orders placed, both deliveries were made on days when I was not available, I had clearly specified by message.

Questions asked directly on the site went unanswered (regarding matching credenza choices with the tiles and advice on choosing grout for the tiles) so there is a feeling of a somewhat light customer relationship and the impression of ordering from a robot ;-( In conclusion: very limited pre-sale exchanges on advice / unsatisfactory delivery considering the price / but beautiful tiles purchased
