I ordered 2 samples so 2 times €15, but no refund because my total order did not reach the minimum amount. Moreover, almost 1/4 of my order had broken tiles... Fortunately, I had enough left to make my backsplash. Too bad the carrier does not pay attention to the package. Otherwise, beautiful product quality.

We really regret your feelings. By coming back to us we would have refunded or replaced the breakage.
As for the shipping costs of the samples, we specify on the site that we only refund one shipping cost of samples per order and for that it had to reach €120 including tax excluding shipping costs.

Beautiful choice of quality tiles, customer service attentive to my order which was poorly delivered (address error). However, there was no protection for the tiles inside the box, my package was damaged as well as the mini pallet... fortunately no breakage. Upon receipt, it is important to check with the delivery person if damaged, refuse the goods

Happy with my purchase, the tiles are very pretty but the only downside is that I ordered a small quantity which was sent to me in a poorly protected box, in the end out of 13 tiles only 4 arrived intact... I contacted customer service who very responsively offered to send me a new package, I specified to protect it well because the package had to travel 1500 km it cannot be protected just by bubble wrap... I received my new order and the same, poorly protected package and more than half of the tiles broken! This time, however, silence from customer service...

We truly regret your feelings, but the instructions for the new packaging were indeed given to the factory.
The second delivery took place on 07/09 and since then we have not had any reports of new breakage, neither in our emails nor by phone. So, indeed, silence on our part because we cannot resolve a problem of which we are not aware.
We thought everything had been resolved in the right way.
We will send you a new box from our own logistics service, without having received your replacement request, neither by email nor by phone.
Indeed, we make customer satisfaction our priority and we are always listening to our customers.

A good choice of tiles, ceramics, mosaics. We ordered tiles for the bathroom. The order tracking is quite easy.
The carrier (Schencker in this case) was efficient and careful with the merchandise - thanks to the very friendly driver-. Reception on half-pallet, effective packaging and protection as there was no breakage to report.

Good quality tiles. Conforms to the photos. Delivery leaves much to be desired. Tiles received on a semi-palette too small and light for the weight of the package. The palette gave way during delivery, with the tiles (thankfully no breakage); The delivery person had to put it on another palette for delivery.
