Hello,
Following the receipt of a sample of white hexagonal tiles, I ordered 9 boxes of these tiles.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the tiles compared to the sample. Some had more or less significant stains in the glaze, others had roughness on the surface or even chips...
I then requested to receive additional tiles to compensate for these unusable tiles.
It took more than 2 months, repeated sending of photos showing the defects of the tiles, and several follow-ups for one day the delivery of the additional tiles to arrive at my place.
It is regrettable that communication was one-way with customer service at the end of processing my request. I received no response to my emails or messages on your voicemail at the end.
Thank you for the tiles I eventually received but bad point for customer relations.

While it took a bit long to get the reference to order, it was particularly fast (less than 2 weeks) afterwards, especially in the current context.

Everything is very good, except for the delivery.

Good service if you're not in a hurry

We initially received a wrong tile. We refused the package and the new batch was quickly sent. The tile was neither broken nor cracked. Very good delivery.
However, the colors are sometimes not pronounced enough. On some tiles, pigments turned white instead of green and red. It's a shame the quality of the colors is not fulfilled but great choice of tiles and patterns, that's top!

The site is not always very easy to handle and we regret the absence of projection of the tiles on a larger surface to give an idea of what it looks like side by side and on a larger surface, as many other sites offer. So it's difficult to get an idea of what the tiles look like 'together'.

Efficient and fast; a lot of choices;

it's a shame that the tiles ordered in 2020 are different from those of 2019 for the same reference (thickness: 5mm less - dimensions of 1 or 2 mm) otherwise of quality and delivered without problem within the deadlines.

Good responsiveness, meets expectations. I thought the tiles were French, they are Spanish... High transport cost, but well it's heavy and arrived quite quickly and intact.

Disappointed to have only received a broken piece of tile as a sample... One doesn't really get a sense of the result.

Perfect tiles. Very beautiful result. Nothing to say on that side. Only major downside, almost 1 month to receive the order! 3 appointments with the delivery people, 2 of which they did not come (and 1 other where they had not recorded the appointment...). At €36 for delivery, this is unacceptable. No follow-up. At that price, delivery should be made within 48 hours. Next time I will go myself, it will take less time (to say the least) and it will cost me less.

Website presenting a wide choice, possibility to order samples at an interesting price, but expensive delivery for these samples. Not easy to navigate to make mixes with all the different dimensions.

I wanted to say excellent but one point needs to be expressed. The delivery is really too excessive for 2 small sample tiles!!! But they are beautiful.

Large choice of products

Terracotta tiles of very good quality. Small downside for the lack of communication with customer service who did not retain my request for a delayed delivery compared to the payment.

Sample delivered quickly, very well packaged

Packaging far too light to properly protect the tiles, several packages opened. Other than that, very fast delivery and great quality of customer service. Very happy.

No delivery tracking. Package delivered while the order was 'in preparation' so it was not possible to organize for reception. While the delivery cost is still significant. A few tiles were chipped during unpacking.

Great customer relations service, the lady I spoke to on the phone was able to answer all my questions, respect for deadlines and they took my urgency into account, products well packaged, a few tiles were broken but that's the transport, I had taken the precaution of ordering more to avoid having to make a complaint.
A small downside is the delivery price which I find very high, almost the same price as my order.
The delivery price needs to be reviewed especially when we know that your carrier delivers us with broken tiles

Navigation on the site is not obvious: one does not immediately see the richness of the products. Would benefit from having more photos to get an idea.
I appreciated being able to order a sample and to have the shipping costs refunded if I decide on this model.

Very beautiful products, fast delivery. Possibility of express delivery which is very useful given the delivery times of tiles in stores. Payment by bank transfer can create delays for delivery which is a shame. If you need the product quickly, pay by credit card.
