The carrier who delivered to you was selected for the services offered and for its low breakage percentage. We indeed wish to provide a quality service to our clientele.
Your order being over 30 kg (about 60 kg), it could not be sent by messenger like our sampling service.
We are also actively looking for a way to offer delivery to the upper floors but we have not yet found a national company capable of providing this option.
