I ordered the 2 and 6 pink gold balloons but they were identical... one darker than the other. They will credit me a balloon! Fortunately I was able to find the same brand as the 2 and only bought the 6 in another store.

Hello, I would like to make a complaint because an item in my order 514224624 was incomplete and damaged. It is the Mylar balloon Letters Rose Gold happy Birthday at CHF 21.75 One letter had a defect, so it was impossible to inflate it.... and there was only a transparent thread, so it was impossible to hang everything up. Two balloons just exploded without reason, the helium in two balloons did not last more than one day, a bit disappointing to drive all the way to the shop in the nowhere, pay 50chf, for poor quality. Two stars just because the choice of balloons is good.

Regarding the confetti-filled balloons, it was clearly explained to you upon pick-up that they do not last more than a day due to the weight of the confettis as specified on our website.
