I paid a disproportionate amount for the shoes (but that was my choice), had to pay 15€ for shipping and would have to spend 25€ to return them since the shoes are large. Not recommended.

I bought the product much more expensive than usual (but I am happy with this, since it was out of stock in other stores. What bothers me is having paid shipping costs to receive it at my home, and having to go pick it up at a picking point because (supposedly) I was not at my home address.

Good morning,

In fact, when you are not at home, the package is sent to a collection point. This is normal and for security reasons, because we sell expensive products and only you can pick it up with your ID. The delivery person does not leave it, for example, with a neighbor or in a mailbox.
