Perfect order and very fast delivery time

thought i was buying real adidas. to expensive for fake ones. but i like them. but dislike the insoles. they are too thick and plastic feel.

The shipping cost was not reflected correctly and was only displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately, the num.of the shoes purchased was going tight and I had to return them because it was the only pair and other sizes were missing. Even though I ruined 15€ shipping and spent another 18€ to send the package back because they don't have return label I received my money right away and the customer service is prompt and efficient!

Product in good condition, although the packaging should be more careful, especially if you expect it for a gift and given the prices of the items, they should pamper more this detail.shipping time to the Canary Islands is somewhat long, but at all times tell you how is the status of your order.

Delivery time respected and product conforms to the order, in good condition. Too bad there is no SMS or email to warn that the package has been delivered.

Apart from delivery times that weren't respected, very good communication and above all great availability when we called them; quality, compliant product. In conclusion, a good experience with Copncop.
