Order placed on June 5, but never physically handled by Mondial Relay. After several contradictory pieces of information and an unnecessary trip to the relay point, I received no proof of shipment or concrete solution. An investigation was announced, but without reference or justification. The only positive point: customer service responds quickly and offers many apologies. However, it provides very little clarity and seems mainly to be going in circles with the customer. To date, I have received neither my order nor my refund. Very disappointing experience, to be reported. Update: the full refund of €30.83 was finally made on June 19, after my various reminders. Nevertheless, I maintain my opinion regarding the lack of clarity, contradictory information, and unnecessary steps taken before this resolution. Edit
