A late shipment with NO information from the carrier, NO tracking of the package's journey and inevitably, the package arrives when you are absent. Cosmechic absolves itself by stating that it is not their responsibility! Easy to sell, to collect and then that's it! I do not recommend this site!

Reliable site, but delivery in 7 days instead of 3-4 days as advertised on the site. Package arrived well at the mondial relay of my first choice, even though I was made to change because it was supposedly closed. Otherwise, I received the right products.

I ordered a perfume on February 9th. I received a different perfume than the one I ordered 15 days later. I returned, at my own expense, the perfume that was received on March 1st by Cosme9'Chic. Their customer service was supposed to get back to me within 48 hours, and a week later, no news and no refund.
