On the product side, being totally for vegan, I'm happy with my choice, but on the delivery side, a little less since error on my zip code (yet ok on my customer account). The mistake is human but the person who wrote my address on the plastic sleeve delayed the delivery. No problem, I'll order again anyway. I wanted to test these products.

Unable to create an account via facebook. It is also unpleasant to systematically create an account to be able to buy products. This is not the case for all sites.

It's good but 1 no cruelty free label on most of the products so medium level nature and then the products are correct but not crazy either.

Excellent site, but few warnings about the composition of certain products. Ant egg cream is very bad for your health. And I only discovered it by chance a year after using it almost every day. There are still very good natural options such as toothbrushing, ghassoul shampoos...etc.

You say on the site that the product is natural but when you use the Yuka application it says that it is not all natural ingredients. Indeed, there is polysorbate 20 (E432) which is very high risk. It's not good for a so-called natural product.

Disappointed. The dargan oil received had its date already passed. I sent an email to cosmeto nature and never got an answer. The cream with dargan oil received was not at all natural, the same for the soap with slime descargot.
