No cmunication i did try to contact with them they ignored my message and said they dont speak english after a week i told them if u dont speak english dont sell in the uk. Waited for the product for weeks and my sister had bad reaction to it. Not recommended!! Ps: if u would Write me and let me know there id an issue i would Not care but ignoring customers etc is not appropriate??

The gels are excellent, nothing to say about that, however I regret the shipping time of the products and delivery. 17 days between the order confirmation and receipt. No communication about it. I had to send an email for explanations. I did receive a small gift, but when you have to go on a trip and you don't have your order beforehand, it's very inconvenient.

Very good products, the only "hic" is the delivery time which can be very long, too long!

I have ordered my package at 27th of March. Today is 12th of May and my order is haven't arrived. I would like get back my money, but the company is not communicating. I am so disappointed!

The product is in line with the claims. I managed to lose about 7kg. I had a little mishap with the last delivery of my order which I had to cancel because it was taking too long to arrive. I will definitely reorder.

I received my parcel two weeks after my order without anyone telling me who had the problem, which was a little disappointing.

QUICK AND EASY

It's a shame that loyal customers don't receive real gifts with their orders. I had an order of 200€, I received 2 mini samples of cream. I'm so disappointed that I don't even dare sponsor my friends.
