Delay on the delivery I had to send my package at my expense to my address in Belgium ... half of my order was there. 2 boxes of cells + 1 free tea, times two ... so 4 boxes of cells and two teas ... there was a miscalculation when preparing the package ... however I paid double. I hope to receive the rest of my missing order free of charge quickly at my Belgian home.

Hello, to date I still have not received my order (dated 06.07.23) normally delivery in 72h, an email was sent to the company and no response.

Never received and not answering

The parcel met my expectations and was received on time. I recommend it.

I was unable to collect my product because it was sent to another relay point which was still closed, so it was impossible for me to collect my product. I would like my money back.

I've been using this cream for 5 years now, and i'm down to the last few dozen or even hundreds of rebellious hairs, and i'm not russian (hairy) or even borderline hairless. i just received 7 tubes of 150 ml, hoping they'll be the last, but i'm not sure!!!!
